The Howard Hughes Corporation®, developer of the Summerlin® master-planned community, announces the opening of Talon Ridge, the newest and ninth custom home neighborhood in The Ridges, a 793-acre exclusive, guard-gated residential village and home to Jack Nicklaus’ Bear’s Best golf course.

Talon Ridge, located along the southeast edge of The Ridges, features 17 custom homesites ranging from one-quarter to one-third acre and priced from the $400,000s. It is the last custom home neighborhood to take shape in The Ridges, a village that is home to many of the valley’s influencers, captains of industry, celebrities and leaders.

Currently, six custom neighborhoods in The Ridges are sold out, while two actively selling neighborhoods, Azure and Indigo, offer lots from one-quarter to more than one acre with only 23 homesites remaining in both neighborhoods.
